Eric is a Partner who focuses his practice on criminal defense and all aspects of litigation involving the DCPP, Division of Child Protection and Permanency (formerly Division of Youth and Family Services or DYFS). Eric also provides representation in administrative law matters, appellate matters and general practice.

Prior to joining the firm, Eric served as a Deputy Attorney General for the State of New Jersey for over four years where he represented the New Jersey Division of Youth and Family Services. Eric graduated with his bachelor’s degree from Arcadia University in 1999 and earned a second bachelor’s degree in 2000. Eric received his Juris Doctor from Rutgers University in 2003. Thereafter, Eric was law clerk for Robert W. Page, J.S.C. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Camden County Bar Association and has served as a panelist in the Association’s programs.
